Absolutely Disgusting – This Holiday Inn Should Be Embarrassed Let me be as clear as possible: this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and Holiday Inn should be ashamed this location even carries their name. The staff here were straight-up nasty and rude from the second I walked in. Not just unfriendly—rude. Eye-rolling, dismissive, acting like answering a basic question was a personal burden. Every interaction felt like I was being talked down to. I booked this place because my reservation stated free breakfast included. When I asked about it, I was basically snapped at and told it wasn’t free, like I was stupid for even asking. No apology, no explanation—just attitude. So yes, they advertise one thing and then act like it’s my fault for expecting it. I asked for a late checkout since the hotel clearly had plenty of availability. They shut me down instantly with some ridiculous excuse about “needing more time to clean rooms.” Honestly? After seeing my room, they’re obviously not cleaning them anyway. Because the room I got was straight-up not clean. It looked like housekeeping barely glanced inside before marking it “done.” The bathroom smelled awful, like a mix of mildew and old damp towels. There was actual mildew growing in multiple spots, and the caulking in the shower was literally peeling and falling off. There were two shampoos and no conditioner, and when I asked for some, the staff’s response was, “That’s all we have.” Really? And the noise—don’t even get me started. From 8 PM to midnight, the lobby was a full-blown circus. Around 10–15 kids were running, screaming, and playing hide-and-seek at the top of their lungs. They were all over the place. Did staff step in? Nope. They watched it happen and didn’t lift a finger. Apparently chaos is just normal here. Between the filthy room, the rude staff, the false advertising, the refusal to accommodate anything, and the nonstop noise, this hotel is an absolute joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money, and definitely don’t expect anything close to a decent stay.

I really liked this hotel. It was clean, modern and the staff was extremely polite and courteous. The addition of a sports bar down stairs is also neat, adding convenience not found at some hotels I use when traveling!

The rooms were clean, comfortable and up to date. Plenty of plugs easily accessible throughout the room. The lobby was super comfortable for having a conversation with others. The layout is a little confusing. The room was wonderfully quiet.

The interstate noise is unbelievably loud. The staff acts friendly and professional. The luggage carts are the worst only 3 wheels

We had the absolute nicest room that we couldve gotten for the price. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond for my mother, who is almost 70. Great place to stay!!
