The room was outdated and need work as well as the whole building. The people there made the stay do about. Restaurants food was way to pricey for me, and not all that good.

As soon as we walk in we were met w construction plastic. Apparently they are under construction. When checking we were told they had no hot water. It was 1am in the morning we had been traveling all day, dealing w flight delays etc. at the airport in Orlando. So we were exhausted and beyond over the day. So we stayed for the bed alone. Upon getting to the room. The bed alone was worn, again we were to exhausted to even deal w exchanging rooms. So far we have areas under construction, no hot water, and a worn out bed. All being Diamond elite guests. So the next morning we go to check out, asked about the complimentary free breakfast was told they didn't have that. Which is usually offered at every holiday inn express, and I would think they would bc of the circumstances the the shape of their motel was in. Nevertheless as we were checking out he changed his tune and let my husband know being a diamond elite does have free complimentary breakfast. Donna our waitress was a Gem. Very pleasant and thorough. Our cook did also asked about how our meal was. I didn't catch her name but these ladies were an assest to our stay.

Room was clean beds were comfortable, but they both had a dip in the queen beds. The rooms are dry and not moldy or anything like that so that’s very good. The time I stayed here was Nice through December 11 and at the time they had no hot water at all, even though they had a sign up that says their hot water may not be available. I found on the very so as I tried to take a shower at 2 AM and the water was not hot at that time so when would they even have hot water. It is a cheap hotel but there is no free breakfast there is a airport shuttle and there is a restaurant attached to the building, but the server was not very nice and basically gave me a “What do you need?” At that time, we literally just walked into the restaurant and we haven’t sat down or seen a menu at that point. Also, another weird thing is there seems to be a bunch of either family members or employees who seem to quite possibly be of Indian descent sitting in the lobby every morning and they just kinda look at people and don’t really talk to anyone. It’s not necessarily about the race. It’s just kinda like while they’re there every morning and they may work there because they don’t have uniforms on, but they’re just in the same spot and it seems a bit strange. However the hotel has many other amenities and it’s not in bad shape or anything like that my biggest gripe by far is the hot Water. there was OK customer service but the young lady at the front desk just kind of gave up. Oh I’m so sorry. There was no hot water even though there’s a sign at the front desk and they should’ve told you that there was going to be little to hot water when they check in, but she was the person to check in

Room was dated and the finish was not of the quality I would expect. Drywall mudding looked apalling and the extractor fan in the bathroom had not been cleaned for sometime. We called down as there was no hot water available in our shower, though our sink faucet was boiling hot. It was suggested to leave the shower running for 15 minutes, though 30 minutes later there was no change. We skipped breakfast as this was not included within the price of our room which is dissapointing considering the price we paid and that the other amenities were poor and lacking including the lack of functional ice machines.
