My room, had a noticeably dirty bathroom door, and some dirt on the shower walls, no hairdryer, no where to purchase even water. Several other small things…with all the places to stay close to the airport….I won’t stay here again. Which stinks because normally Holiday Inn is a safe bet.

The shuttle does not run at 4am so if you have a flight that takes off at 6am & need a ride to the airport?…this hotel is not for you. It’s a ParkSleepFly hotel so it was nice to keep our car on site but the desk staff telling us there isn’t a shuttle at 4am was an issue. They told us to take an Uber (but they don’t pick up at 4am) so we did catch a Lyft & the new desk staff did credit us back for the Lyft. All in all….i wouldn’t stay here again. The ladies in the restaurant area are pretty awesome though and bartender, Rachel- just lovely!
