    Don't buy the breakfast! A ripoff! $19 for one single entree. Extra for refills on a drink? And the server mentioned gratuity 3 times!!!! I will never stay here again. Why not have a buffet and include it in the price? I think IHOP or Dennys would be the same. Rude server too

    The hotel smelled like sewer and when i reported it to the online customer service they offered me 2000 points (about 13 bucks) . The shower had mold in it . In the middle of the night an alarm went off and just went on repeat . And it said dont do anything right now.. over and over . The front desk said . K ill tell the manager knowing they could smell it . We stayed on the 8th floor and left early because the smell was sooooo bad. Im pretty sad that customer service just said ok we will document it . There are a ton of hotels in st louis . I wont be going there and possibly a ihg hotel again.

    Hotel and rooms are dated, was most likely a nice hotel 20 years ago, but not today unfortunately. Hallways, elevators and rooms are filthy. Pretty sure there are bed bugs as well, although I didn't see any, I had more and more bumps on me as the week progressed, which is gross. My wife was swimming in the pool and there were human feces in the pool, and the pool wasn't cleaned afterwards, the "chlorine kills the feces" per a staff member.
