Also Harry didnt like answering the phone at the front desk, my son tried calling several times for the shuttle to pick him from the airport, it took me going down to address the issue

DO NOT LIE AND SAY THERE WAS NOT I BROUGHT IT DOWN TO THE PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK * I reached out for a refund because I'm not sleeping somewhere where there's some. Of course, the hotel did not approve it. I gave them proof and a video And also did not know until check in that the elevators were not working, and of course they only had rooms in the 4th or third floor. Service was also trash. All in all, if you're looking for a crappy day choose this place
