Whenever I travel personally, I stay at IHG hotels because of the wonderful customer service and reliable properties. Jaimin and his team went above and beyond. Jaimin emailed me the day before my scheduled arrival to ask for my arrival details. I let him know we would be arriving around 11am and would love to check our bags at the front desk so we could explore before check-in time. Instead, he was able to have a room ready for us for an 11am check in so we could refresh before exploring the town. The airport shuttle was super helpful as well. Great experience!

No shade to the staff or experience otherwise!

Also Harry didnt like answering the phone at the front desk, my son tried calling several times for the shuttle to pick him from the airport, it took me going down to address the issue
