  Great hotel. Suites are a decent size with good amenities. Microwave fridge, small dining area and living area. Nice large walk in shower, extra hangars. Excellent desk and a rolling desk that you can move around the room. Nice touch. Very clean rooms and service is spot on. Special shout out to Vicky at the front desk. Holiday Inn, this lady needs to teach classes on how to make a guest feel welcome. I would come back just because she was that great a host this trip. However the great quality of facilities also are an added perk. As with all holiday inn express and suites it is made for us who travel for work. It’s your longer term stay home away from home. It has a gym, lounge and the usual IHG costa coffee 24 hour coffee machine for late work sessions. Chargepoint EV parking with three slots level 3 charging is a seller for EV drivers like me. Flew here this time so can’t comment on speed or cost. It is close to the airport so not close to good food or shopping. It is also near a highway and airport so there is a little noise from that. However that is really not as bothersome as a hotel I don’t like staying at. I would definitely return here as it is awesome for late check out and quick rental drop off and a short ride from the airport for late flights. The main thing for me is great facilities and great service and this place scores top marks for both.

  I always have the best experience at this hotel. The staff is kind and easy to work with. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And I travel a ton for work, I have been in many hotels. Also if you carry around your firestick like I do, it works without fail at this hotel. Some places the popup will not work to connect to a network. This is hugely important to me as well as the customer service. 5 stars.

  This was our second time staying at this hotel. Both times were better than expected. The rooms were clean and had a fresh, not stale, smell. This was a 5 day stay and breakfast was enjoyable each day. Their biscuits were FRESH and not dried out like some of the other Holiday Inns we have stayed in. I can honestly say I would return to this hotel again if I traveled to St. Louis again.
