    It is 12:55 a.m. and sleeping is impossible. I’m on floor 4, and a nearby room has blaring music, nonstop yelling, violent banging on the walls, and objects being thrown. I called the front desk four separate times and never once got an answer. That level of neglect is unacceptable. Guests should not have to deal with chaos in the middle of the night, especially before traveling. This hotel has zero control, zero accountability, and zero customer service.

    The room was super clean and the staff was wonderful. The parking and shuttle was so helpful. They were really fast for pick up when we got back to the airport.

    The Director of Sales, Patrick Patel checked me and my husband in the early evening we arrived. It was a nightmare from the start! He gave us a double bed room and I reserved a King size bed. We booked through 3rd party as normal and when checking in he failed to check thoroughly our ID and credit card information. As a result, he gave us someone else booked room and charged their credit card. This resulted a charge for 3 rooms on their card and significant stress. The Front desk called our room while sleeping twice @ 12:45am and hung up. The horror is we later discovered that a duplicate key was given to other church members visiting the hotel that arrived (apprx 12:30am) to enter our room while my husband and I were sleeping. We confronted the issue at 8:15am the next morning prior to checking out to attend a funeral and for them to reverse the room charge back to my credit card. We were told to call Mr. Patel at 3:00pm. When calling back front desk gave me the run around while trying to speak with manager. I called back an hour later and Mr. Patel said there was nothing he could do and became rude and hung up the phone. I immediately called back and front desk said he left for the day. Requesting refund!!!
