I will not stay here again. I expected a Hilton hotel to far exceed our current experience in comfort, service, and amenities, but it failed to meet those standards. We paid nearly $400 for a hotel and the experience worth about $50. The floors outside the rooms and the elevators were filthy. The only redeeming feature of this place is itslocation right by the airport.
I attempted to contact the hotel management through three different channels. The Hilton app, sent a message to Lily, and I also spoke to the front desk, but all efforts failed. We ended up stuck in a dirty room with a broken fridge, and I did not feel safe placing my four-month-old on any surface in that room including the beds.

My experience at the hotel was made truly outstanding thanks to Tailor at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. Tailor was incredibly professional, helpful, and patient with every question I had.

Disha brings a steady calm to the front desk that anyone can notice right away. Even when the lobby was busy, phones were ringing and things were moving fast she stayed composed and focused. She doesn’t rush through people or treat them like a task. she actually LISTENS She makes guests feel acknowledged not just processed. And handles problems without making anyone feel like they’re an inconvenience. There’s no forced customer service smile on her face it’s genuine! You can tell she cares🤎And because of that, people leave her desk feeling understood and taken care of. In a job that can get overwhelming and repetitive, Disha brings patience, professionalism and real human warmth. That’s what makes her different. That’s what makes her stand out.
