    Nice hotel - well taken care of with nice rooms, a good restaurant and helpful staff. A quick jaunt to the airport as well.

    They wanted $250 deposit on two rooms. They said I booked through a 3rd party website. They refunded only one of the rooms. I paid $1,500 for 2 rooms for 7 days. They refused to charge the normal room deposit and then only refunded one room. When I arrived to check in the front desk wasn't covered and when I asked to see the manager, I was told they weren't available

    I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms and common areas were extremely clean, which made the experience very comfortable and relaxing. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. On top of that, the Underground Burger was absolutely delicious one of the best meals I had during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both its cleanliness and great food.

    This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. On multiple occasions, the lobby was unattended. My room smelled, and the refrigerator was awkwardly sticking out next to the bed, as if no effort was made to properly place it. Communication with the front desk was consistently poor. On my final night, I called to confirm shuttle service and received unclear, frustrating information. Later that night, a fire alarm went off around 1:30 a.m. and blared for over 30 minutes with absolutely no communication from staff. Guests were left confused and relying on each other for information. The next morning was the final straw. I was called well before the stated shuttle time and spoken to rudely, then rushed downstairs only to be treated like an inconvenience. The shuttle experience itself was unprofessional and uncomfortable, with staff being openly disrespectful and inattentive. I have sent many business colleagues to this hotel over the past two years. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this property again. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
