HernandezDec 8, 20251.0If you like to be awake at all hours of the night due to running in the hall, mothers coming out yelling at their kids and fathers cussing at the top of their lungs, threatening both mother and child, this place is for you! If you want people trying to get in to your room by either trying to unlock your door or continuing to try to open the door after the key was denied, this place is for you! Not to mention, after complaining, I was not offered a different room nor did the yelling stop until about 2am. This happened to us for 2 nights. Breakfast was NOT and I repeat NOT hot or even in a heated box or on a hot plate according to standards nor was there a good selection at all. This place, let's just say, never again! Front desk said the manager would contact me but has yet to do that. I expected better considering it's a new location. Oh yea..... Maybe your room will be ready by arrival time... Our arrival time was at 5. Shame

- DKDan KNov 1, 20255.0I've traveled extensively and this hotel was one of the best in its class. The hotel and rooms were clean with no issues. The complementary breakfast was excellent. The checkout was very fast as the receptionist had my receipt already printed when I turned in my room keys. There was plenty of parking. It's within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and bars. There's a very nice YMCA right across the street. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay for both the out and back portions of our family road trip.
