- AAAlex6 days ago5.0This hotel is a solid option. The rooms were clean and housekeeping was very nice. The blonde front desk girl always has a good energy. Elaine was nice and helpful. The pantry has good options, but they are a little overpriced.

- KJKevin JacksonMar 7, 20261.0DISRESPECTFUL TO DISABLED . I made a room reservation for a “Handicapped Accessible Rom with a roll-in Shower”. When I showed up at 4 pm , they charged my credit card and tried to give me a non- ADA room with VERY low sitting toilet with a tub. I went back to the desk and stated this is NOT the room I explicitly reserved. I was told they gave my reservation away. WHAT??!! No offer to try and find a different hotel in town with a handicapped accessible room. Just an offer for a few points for a partial discount on a future stay and reversed the charge on my card. Can’t believe they are so stupid to think it’s OK to treat people with disabilities this way. I would strongly encourage disabled folks to NOT make a reservation here. They CANNOT BE TRUSTED to honor it.
