I was very pleasantly impressed with this hotel! The location was fantastic! My husband has OCD and it was very clean. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The lady that checked us in I believe her name was Ashton was so helpful with recommendations for a dinner restaurant. The morning breakfast was a shock at how good it was. The egg white frittata with salsa was delicious! Everything was very well stocked and displayed. We will be going back!!!

This Hampton Inn is really a level down compared to other Hampton Inn and Hilton hotels.
- The biggest issue with this hotel is the location next to the highway and the noise that it creates in the room. It is loud, very loud (had to use ear plugs + sound machine).
- I am a bit skeptical about the room service. When I arrived in the room, the beds didn't look as neat as they typically do. The sheets were a bit wrinkled and the bed was not tucked in. Could not help but wondering if room service just quickly redid the sheets instead of washing the bed.
- There was a lot of marks of wear and tear in the room. Marks on the paint, liquid soap detached from the wall...
- The fitness room has rather old equipment (a plus point for pull up bar which I rarely see in a hotel) but more important it was very stuffy (doesnt look like air con is running).
- Finally, a small point, I am used to getting a text from hilton asking me about my stay is. That did not happen in this hotel.
Definitely not a hotel I will stay in again,

Definitely agree with others, this is one of the dirtiest hotels I've seen. Stains on the sheets, on the comforter, on the pillows, on the carpet, the soap dispenser at the sink was covered in tiny hairs.
The person "working" the desk was lounging on a couch when their shoes off when we arrived. It was not the middle of the night, but even if it had been, I can't believe they allow their employees to be that unprofessional.
Location proximity to a lot of attractions is the only thing this hotel has going for it. Otherwise, I've stayed at low-budget hotels that are cleaner and treated their guests better.

The amount I paid to stay in the handicap accessible room was to much for what I was given. The TV wasn't mounted on the wall very good and could only watch from the sofa bed not the actual bed. Then the entire time we stayed the shades did not work which I couldn't get any type of sunlight. Breakfast was great!
It would have been nice if they would have given me a refund back on some of the room charge.

Well they were so courteous to me they let chill out and gave me free dinner and twenty bucks for going there and not disturbing there peaceful function and even saw I was in distress and needed help and provided me with the support I was looking for my entire life. I never found any of this back in NY.
