  I stayed here with my family for one night while I had an appointment at the hospital everything was nice at first, we got all settled into our room then I find a roach crawling on the dishes in the cabinet (mind u I have a 1 year old son I wouldn’t exactly want him eating off of a plate that a roach was crawling on) next morning woke up with bed bug bites on the right side of my body we went to the lobby to see what kind of food they had and the guy at the front desk was rude and didn’t speak to me at all wouldn’t even tell me the total of our things

  Stayed while in the process of moving a long distance. Was a great option and area. Price was phenomenal for the updated rooms and large kitchenette.

  Hotel is a little old/dated but gets the job done for a long stay (kitchen even has an oven!) Nice gym, free laundry services and seems to be a great location with plenty around for shopping, groceries and restaurants. This hotel earns like 700 stars in my opinion though for their stellar customer service!!! I travel for work, spent 75 nights last year in a hotel and I have to say this team is hands down the absolute best people of all the hotels I’ve stayed in!!! Everyone has been so easy to work with, willing to get us in for an early check in when we arrived to town at 6am and so friendly, helpful and understanding to some special accommodation requests with my recent stay. I will stay here again for sure!!

  The employees that works here was so helpful courteous and polite. Smiling every time I went in the office. Someone took a picture of the hallway. The wind blew in some leaves. There is nothing they can do about but vacuum everyday. Which the cleaning service did that when they were there. My cat ran under the bed when I was ready to check out. The maintenance man came and found where she was hiding The manager was very nice. Free laundry was great. It’s wonderful You don’t have to pay for the washer or dryers. I felt they had everything you need in the kitchen. There was another lady that came to the door to check out. She was so polite and we talked for a little bit. I wish I could remember her name.   This is one of the worst experiences I have had The manager injaia is a rude disrespectful person she should not be working in The customer service hospitality industry she capture she definitely needs a new job. She should not be in charge of anyone’s stay. I came from Georgia. I wanted to check out in the middle of the night due to her level of rudeness worst experiments ever in my whole life.
