Every time we walked in or out of the lobby they had something nice to say. We called I can't count the times to the front desk for local information and they always had a answer or looked up information. Can't wait until next year so we can stay again.

It is a more trendier hotel and has a bar area near check-in and plenty of seating which also acts for breakfast in the morning as well. Clean establishment and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are even clean, but small like a dormitory room. Same as the bathroom. Just my opinion. Others may feel totally different about it. Guess I'm old aged and not use to trendier things, but there again to each their own. Plenty of parking spaces as well. Nice hot breakfast.

The location is central and not very far from restaurants, gas, stores, etc. The breakfast was good. I hD French toast sticks. Which was different. There a restaurant inside the hotel, The Burger Bar. I would have eaten but it is closed on Sundays. I would definitely stay here again.

Complimentary buffet breakfast, pod coffee machine in your room, as well as a communal coffee machine on the ground floor by the elevators. HyVee and various fast food chains, small stores within walking distance. I would stay here again when visiting Springfield, although I prefer the Roundtree area. Recommended.
