- APAaron PintarDec 30, 20255.0Our stay was amazing. We checked in later on the day and were greeted by a friendly staff. We received a nice welcome bag with bottled water and skinny pop. The hotel is super cute. Lobby is filled with bright colors, comfortable seating, a pool table and game cabinet are complimentary for guests to use. The room was comfortable with oversized pillows providing a comfortable night sleep. Enjoyed the Not Soup Radio bath soaps. A nice reference to an old joke. Breakfast buffet was well supplied. Pancakes, fresh yogurt and oatmeal, along with protein choices. It was great to have an Udi's Gluten Free Bagel option, as I recently was diagnosed celiac and usually miss out on hotel bagels. Check out was smooth. Would definitely recommend this spot when you are in town.

I love their eggs, it’s an odd thing to like but I think they are very good. They have a great salt water pool that is very relaxing in the evenings. This is the place to stay for downtown Springfield! It’s well lit and has good parking!
- AMAnthony McKinneyDec 27, 20255.0Stayed here for two days in a double Queen bed room. Room was clean spacious. Bathroom was clean too and the soaps were better than many other hotels I've been to. The lobby is the best part with coffee and tea available 24/7. There's plenty of seats, a pool table and a snack/drink bar open for purchase from. Would definitely stay here again.
- JJjarod60811Dec 22, 20251.0The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms are tiny. The worst part though was they charged me a $300 deposit because I lived within 36 miles of the hotel despite it saying $100 deposit online. They did offer to refund me for the room if I refused the deposit but I don't know if I could have found another option close enough at the last minute, we were attending an event less than a mile away and I didn't want to drive afterwards. I can't seem to respond to the owners content in my comment only edit mine. My review gets worse when 4 days after checking out I still do not have my $300 deposit back and when calling the property I was told that some local people have vandalized the property when staying in the hotel so they charge everyone within 36 miles the deposit and I need to call my bank about the deposit not being refunded promptly. I can understand that some locals might get a room to party but when I was able to show my tickets for the event I was in town for I feel they should have been able to make an exception.
