    Great Hotel with great staff! I enjoyed the fire! The pool could use a spa for the adults but other than that, it's a wonderful place for a family!

    Safe and clean hotel! The beds were awesome had a good night sleep. We have no complaints, but a suggestion to make more breakfast options like include cut fruits, pancakes etc.

    This was a great hotel to stay at. Rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was good. Hotel staff was friendly. I am a Hilton Diamond member and can definitely recommend this property.

I stayed one night and occupied only one room, but I was charged for two rooms due to a duplicate digital check-in that was not reconciled at the front desk. One of the room folios even reflects incorrect check-in/check-out times, showing the second room was not actually used. I contacted the hotel multiple times and was initially told the issue would be corrected, but no refund was issued. After weeks of follow-up, the hotel ultimately refused to fix the duplicate charge, citing policy rather than addressing the operational error. I also experienced repeated call disconnections when trying to resolve this through Hilton Guest Assistance, which added to the frustration. I expect better billing accuracy and accountability from a Hilton-branded property, especially for a straightforward duplicate charge.
