My family and I checked into this hotel at 4pm on 01/17 and after that it was a good stay until about 930/10PM and someone outside my family had a keycard to our room. I have my wife and 3 grandkids with us mind you. Luckily I was at the door and slammed it before they could enter. Shortly after that the front desk called saying we are in the wrong room and wanted us to move at 10PM. My grandkids are in bed and you asking us to move? Also we checked in at 4PM and you just now find a problem? We told the front desk to give the other party the room we were supposed to be in since we have already made ourselves comfortable for the night. The lady at the front desk(white, glasses, full bodied elder woman) was basically wanting us to move until my wife just told her to give the other party the room we were supposed to be in since it has been untouched. She held the phone the for a few seconds and finally was like OK NO PROBLEM. Then this morning the housekeeping staff tried to enter room numerous times after being told before we have not left yet Like I have stated earlier I have my small grandkids with me and strangers are trying to enter the room. I felt very violated for the simple fact strange people kept trying to enter the room without permission. Please check your staff on check in procedures and housekeeping on rushing guest out of rooms.

Stayed here nearly a week. Pro’s: breakfast available in morning, kitchenette with fridge & microwave (cutlery/dishes too), smoke-free, quiet, abundance of towels/toiletries, available staff when needed, clean. Con’s: water temperature isn’t hot enough (probably needs turning up a bit), bed is very uncomfortable (probably needs replacing), gym closed, laundry facilities closed, water tastes like wood chips (possibly the water filtration system). Overall this is a pretty decent hotel and has many restaurants and even a Walmart within walking distance.

My experience here was great. Nice clean room. Enough space for my family of 5. Breakfast was busy but delicious. I think they need an extra worker to keep up the demand for those busy days. The kids and I had a blast at the pool. The gym is good but 2 treadmills didn't work. It had some error 30 on the screen.
