    The employee working working the desk on October 22, 2025 at 6:15 pm was extremely unprofessional, in a nut shell had to cancel a room a week ago due to a medical emergency , gave ample notice and was told a refund was coming by the manager. Week later the employee I called to see where it was and was hung up on 15 times free being told I reserved 2 rooms and only one was cancelled. Not accurate and was hung up on before any clarification was made about the actual reservation.

    We are Hilton members and cardholders. Home 2 suites are always are favorite. However this stay has tremendously changed that. The only good thing we had from this stay was the night shift desk clerk that checked us in was very nice. The manager that was on shift at checkout that the night shift clerk asked us to show pictures to in the morning was so beyond rude and unprofessional. Our room upon entering looked like a crime scene I will attached some of the many photos we have. There was nasty sticky and dirty stuff dripping from all the furniture and walls. I have never seen a hotel in such poor shape and never a Hilton. The night clerk moved us rooms and the next one was dirty as well. Needless to say our quality of sleep was poor as I felt very uneasy sleeping in the filthiness. The manager informed me since it was booked thru a third party he couldn’t do anything for me, I never asked for anything the night clerk asked me to show the manager photos which the manager wouldn’t even look at. He never even apologized. I didn’t ask for a discount or refund at any point but I definitely should have. This Hilton has left the nastiest taste in my mouth. The entire property is dirty and ill maintained. We will never stay here again. The manager should not work in hospitality, he has a terrible demeanor.
