    After many days of traveling across the Midwest, all staying in Hilton garden in hotels. The stay in Springfield, Missouri has to be my worst experience so far. I arrived from a day long drive, dragging my luggage up to my room, then come down to the very young lady behind the bar/kitchen counter, to order dinner. WHO proceeded to tell me soon as I sat down...WE CLOSE IN AN HOUR AND I AIN'T STAYIN FOR NOBODY! I ordered a drink and dinner, then the spillway about 2 to 3 customers who were rude to her sprialed! Received dinner...then spent my evening, listening to her issues and quickly realized she (the employee) is the problem. Asked for my check 4 or more times, then when I do receive it, she has charged me double what any other Hilton Garden Inn has in the past 3 weeks and I've been staying there every night. Now I understand all the I'm underpaid and Hilton doesn't care about me nonsense she would not stop about. This particular location is older, outdated, and staffing reflects such.

    The Best Stay I’ve Experienced I’d like to share as someone who unexpectedly found themselves requiring extended accommodations in Springfield due to a series of unfortunate events, I ended up staying at this Hilton Garden Inn for over 30 nights! Spanning through the holidays, including Christmas and New Year’s. What could have been a stressful and disruptive period turned into a remarkably positive experience thanks to this exceptional property. The staff was nothing short of amazing from day one. So genuinely caring, professional, and consistently going above and beyond to make my long-term stay comfortable and seamless. Special recognition goes to the sales department and management team, who handled my extended booking with unparalleled efficiency, flexibility, and personal touch. They truly made me feel valued as a long-term guest rather than just another reservation, coordinating everything smoothly and ensuring every need was anticipated. In a situation that could have been challenging, this Hilton Garden Inn became a true home away from home. The entire team’s dedication is impeccable. I cannot recommend this property highly enough—especially for anyone facing prolonged stays. Thank you to the entire team for making the holidays and beyond so much better than expected.     I had a great day at this hotel just passing through town. The restaurant was sparsely attended and so I got a lot of attention and fast service. The bar was nice. The staff was polite and responsive. The room was excellent and everything was in like new condition. The price was pretty fantastic, considering the quality of the amenities.

    Rooms are reasonable for the price. Restrooms are clean. Overall a standard 3 star hotel. Microwaves and Refrigerator works and clean. Table etc are clean. Good cleaning service. I like their made to order breakfast service. Overall good facility for the price.
