Room was fine but not sure if it's thin walls or rude neighbors that kept us awake til after midnight listening to their TV blaring.

I stay here often just to have time to myself and Patrick, the front desk guy, is by far the nicest employee. Always greets you when you arrive and asks if you need anything during your stay. He even texts you after you’ve got checked in to make sure you don’t need anything and that everything is going good. By far my favorite employee at this location!

Hotel has everything needed for a weekend. Good wifi, free parking and Breakfast, coin laundry, fitness center and a pool.
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nothing fancy just a usual Hampton experience. Tv are small, furniture and electrical fittings are bit modern then few other location i stayed before.
Keep it up.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times for work and business. This location is always not too crowded and the staff are amazing and very personable.
The only downside I will say is the bed was a three out of 10 and the latest remodel of the hotel was done poorly or with builder grade materials very cheap. Don’t get me started on the coffee, but what is the expectation for a hotel coffee? Is it supposed to be great? Where is it supposed to taste like a burnt rat?
Overall, I’m saying this is a four out of five just because of how clean it was and how great the staff was. Everything else definitely needs some work.

(1/17/26) The first part of our stay was fine. Then kids went to bed. I stayed up working on my computer at the desk. As I was sitting there, I see something scurry along the desk and it’s a cockroach. I yelled for my husband to come over and unfortunately it scurried away before he could kill it. I absolutely cannot stand insects and went to the front desk to let them know. The lady at the desk was nice but not particularly helpful. She looked for bug spray but couldn’t find any. She did find an old glue trap in the back with a lot of dead bugs inside it if I wanted to put it in the room to try to catch insects. I was too grossed out to touch it so declined. When I inquired about any refund, she said we had paid ahead and she couldn’t do anything but would try to talk to her manager. I went back to our room, at this point totally freaked out that we’re sleeping in a room with cockroaches. We then had another one scurry across the dresser (same one? different one?, don’t know), and my husband was able to catch that one in time. We would have at least asked for a new room, but our 4 kids were sound asleep. We have open duffels and backpacks, so we will have to bag everything before we go home to make sure we don’t bring anything home with us. Not sure I’ll get much sleep at all as I’m too grossed out to fall asleep.
(1/21/26) Update to post:
Management contacted us immediately the next morning to apologize and refund our room. Despite the bad experience, we do appreciate them making it right. They told us that they had pest control come out and couldn't find signs of anything. We do recognize that sometimes critters get into hotels, but unfortunately this incident did sour our trip. Hopefully there are no further issues in the future.
