    We were taking a trip to Branson, Mo and stopped here for the night. It was a little bit of a pain to get to bc of the road construction, but that isn't their fault. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean (including the bathrooms which is a giant must for me.) I would 100% stay here again!

    This is our third hampton hotel stay this week. My family and I was having a great time until our last night here. We woke up at 11:30pm because of the constant giggling noise in the hallway and loud noise from our ceiling that lasted until 2am. The front desk informed us that it was caused by a bus of high school students and she'll inform their coach. The same noise started again at 5am until they left. We checked out and were offered half off for that night, we were charged $175.68 + taxes for the 1st night and $95.41+ taxes, that could have been $190.82 for the 2nd night. I was wrong to book from them. I have 2 more prior receipts and this one is ridiculously high. We drove 6hr home slept deprived and we never missed our beds this much.

    Horrible experience . Passing through Springfield traveling for work . Was awoken middle of the night of out dead sleep walls shaking , slamming people screaming . Told front desk and asked for a refund and they chuckled at me. Hell on earth as a weary traveler trying to get some much needed rest .

    Wonderful experience here. Patrick was wonderful to be greeted by and was pleasant the next day as well. Every worker was kind and welcoming. Highly recommend.
