    Had a great stay. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept. The location is right off the interstate and tucked back away from all the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was great. This is definitely one hotel I will use again.

    Second Update: My stay was extended for a additional day, once again, this hotel has surpassed my expectations, I really wish I could do something special for the employees, they are very accommodating, professional and caring. Although I was here for work, this has been one of the very best hotel stays in my entire life. If I ever come back to Springfield, I would never stay anywhere else. Thank you so much! Update: I came in from work, my keys didn’t work, I went to the front desk clerk Kayla, I asked her to reprogram my key card. She totally ignored me, she was so rude. Had it not been for the other employees, my review would have went down. I know that we hire people who we think are a good fit, who has good customer service skills however, she does not at all, I should have known when she didn’t speak back. For her only, I will be making a complaint. I had my stay extended, the front desk clerk was just as amazing and helpful as the rest. When I say that my stay has been amazing, that’s an understatement. Rachel the night Auditor was so welcoming and supportive. I was afraid , I had a womanly accident , she helped me and assured me that I was safe and would be okay. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast ladies, Florence and Linda were amazing! They helped me with my breakfast, they wrapped it so I could take it to work, they were all smiles. The hotel is great but the customer service is TOP TIER! I recommend . I’m here for training during the holidays, these women made me feel like I’m not alone.

    What more could you ask for? It has everything you need, and I think it perfectly fits a vacation style. I didn't have to do anything extra to get my room, and I laid on my bed (which was very comfortable) with no worries about anything.

    Got a surprise upgrade for the night. The room was very spacious and the bed comfy, as usual. Water pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast was the usual Hampton menu. Overall it was a good stay. Would stay here again.
