- RGRobert GDec 27, 20252.0We have stayed at this particular Doubletree multiple times. We have never had a poor experience until yesterday. If we weren’t exhausted from driving for hours and hours, we probably would’ve looked for another hotel. First, there was one elevator out of service which normally would be a big deal. However, the working elevator was quite slow and we had to wait what seeed like forever with our hands full with luggage, etc. Next, we found the room we were given was quite dirty. The beds were disgusting. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and both beds were filthy with hair and other gross dirt or whatever else and it was obvious that they had not changed the linens. When we went to report to front desk, the front desk attendant didn’t seem surprised by the complaint. He actually seemed slightly annoyed as he offered a different room explaining he “could send housekeeping, but a room change would just be easier”. Not really, as I wanted to know the linens were CLEAN. Second room had also not been cleaned. Pubic hair on back of toilet and who knows what splattered on bathroom wall. No clean towels. Again, clearly no housekeeping had serviced the room. The water pressure and temp in the shower was erratic and uncontrollable. No liners in trash cans. Sadly after this experience I don’t believe we will be returning. Such a poor representation of what I expect from Doubletree.

- RUReviews UnlimitedDec 19, 20253.0This hotel goes for a luxurious look but when you get in your room you get a regular tub shower which doesn't have great pressure and the shower curtain is hung up to high and barely covers the tub so the bathroom floor gets wet. The actual mattress is amazing super comfortable and gives you a very nice sleep. The entrance to the building looks very professional with glass elevators and a well trained staff. The pool (as well as the gym) was pretty small and not so enjoyable. If you get rooms on the higher floors you get a nice view of the area (if you get the right side of the building). It located right off a pretty large road (glenstone) as well as right across the street from a walmart and can get not that Quiet. The rooms are also pretty cold. Reviews unlimited.

The on-site bar & grill was perfect for dinner — excellent food and genuinely friendly service. Breakfast is served in the adjoining restaurant with a generous buffet and a made-to-order omelet station. The food was tasty, the staff were attentive, and there are TVs to catch the news… though I could have done without CNN playing on both screens! Overall, a really pleasant stay with great hospitality.
