- BMBrent Marz5 days ago1.0Stayed here while my wife’s mother was in the hospital. We had just moved out of the area, the staff was extremely rude to us about it. We had already paid in full. We had been moved out of the area for a couple months, her license not reflected our new address and they accused her of trying to take advantage of staying locally. We even showed them my up to date license that showed we did not live in the area and they were extremely rude and said next time they weren’t going to serve us because we were local. Only one access card worked, wife got locked out of the room late night after returning from hospital.
