  Clean room, breakfast room, and shuttle. As a bonus, the entire staff was incredibly nice, prompt, and professional with assisting me when I needed help with my room!

  Big, clean room, easy access from 44, easy friendly check in, clean room, comfortable bed, and quiet. Only negative is the shower/tub doesn't drain. Room 124. Still, a good stay and fair price.

  We had booked this particular place one week in advance before a winter guard session was to take place. We had called and the staff that had answered the phone is very professional and very informative. The rooms are extremely clean. Even the service crew will move out of the way for their guest with an apology. Very professional. They do honor military as well.

  We called in and reserved a handicap accessible room. When we arrived, we were told the handicap accessible room had been booked months in advanced. We were told there was another handicap accessible room but the TV was not working at the time. For the $256 cost of the room, our experience was very disappointing. There was no compensation or monetary consideration for the lack of accommodation. Also insult to injury was the fact that the only handicap accessible room was being used by a young person who wasnt even handicapped and didnt need the wheelchair accessible shower acess that I was needing. Considering we will be traveling through the area again within the next 30 days, we will be looking to reserve and guarantee a handicap access room from another hotel. I could not use the bathroom and shower due to my disability and there was no apology or future compensation offered to help remedy the situation/experience. I will say the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

  Having discovered, at nine at night, our Quality Inn dark and our reservation apparently the result of third-party scheduling failure, we resumed our trek eastward through the Missouri night, searching online, and came to Best Western. With a reservation made while driving we were in a room without much fuss. Our room was comfortable for three adults and offered the usual amenities. Breakfast was hearty and available without a wait, putting us back on the long road to Wisconsin in no time. It was a welcome refuge.
