- ARAlexa RossDec 23, 20255.0Our stay at Hampton during a road trip was excellent and left nothing to be desired. The room was clean, the bedding was comfy, and breakfast was yummy. We had a dog with us and the staff were considerate enough to give us a room closest to the side exit door, so bathroom breaks for the dog were as convenient as possible. 10/10 would stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating to our situation and allowed us a late check-out. The manager (Matt) had one of his staff members to provide transportation the next morning to a car rental place, so we didn’t have to wait on an Uber. I was very impressed when one of the staff members called us after we checked out to let us know we left our television. What started as a terrible experience ended positively because of the professionalism and kindness this hotel provided!! We are forever grateful!!

Both the shampoo and conditioner pump bottles in the shower were empty, and the shade next to the bed was broken. The ice machine also wasn’t working during my stay. Breakfast was disappointing as well—the bagels were extremely hard, which took away from the overall experience even though there were other options available. Overall, the hotel could use more attention to maintenance and guest readiness. I hope management addresses these concerns for future visitors.
