  I stayed here Nov 26–28 over Thanksgiving, and the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. There was no notice at all that there would be zero housekeeping staff on site. No sign, no disclaimer, nothing. Yet we were charged full price as if we were receiving full service. When we simply asked for our bed to be made and for fresh towels, that’s when we were told there was no housekeeping for the holiday. I don’t care what day it is — this is a hotel. Guests should never be left to take out their own trash, clean their own room, and walk to the front desk for basic items. If you’re going to charge full price, then provide the service guests are paying for. Someone should have been available to clean rooms, period. On top of that, we found two separate cockroaches in the room on two different days. That is disgusting and completely unacceptable. This is exactly why daily housekeeping matters — rooms need to be checked and cleaned every single day, holiday or not. The next morning, housekeeping suddenly returned and woke us up with slamming doors and loud noise in the hall, which added even more frustration to an already bad stay. The pool and hot tub area was another disappointment. We were hoping to relax in the hot tub, but it was completely filled with kids the entire time. The room echoes, so the noise level is extremely loud, and the hot tub itself is very small — so when it’s packed with kids and adults, there’s no way to unwind or enjoy it. If you’re an adult expecting a peaceful, relaxing hot tub experience, this is not the place. We stayed two nights and never got that moment of relaxation we came for. Between the lack of notice, the lack of basic service, being charged full price for none of the amenities, and cockroaches in the room, I absolutely would not recommend this property.

  Rooms are clean, staff are very polite and accommodating. Guest above were very loud running with kids but not hotel fault, however, their towels should be all changed out when they get dengy grayish from the new white and use fabric softener. Breakfast was great love the ham, eggs, potatoes and sweet rolls. I'd give a 4 out of 5 stars.....
