    From the moment we walked in, you could tell the employees have pride in their facility. From the friendly women at the front desk to the hard working breakfast staff (Lisha and others), everyone was lovely to interact with and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The room was clean, the dining room was clean and the breakfast was amazing!! The bed was so comfy and the pillows were great!! The coffee bar was fun, too!

    This was a half way point on a Holiday girls trip and didn't disappoint! We arrived fairly late and were greeted with a smile and friendly front desk staff. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was hot, delicious, had a wonderful variety and attentive staffing! Thank you for one of the best stays I've had in a long time!

    this was a great stay! My family and I enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness. But the best part was the breakfast. The wonderful and sweet lady who ran the breakfast had a warm motherly manner and really seemed to care, everything was clean and inviting The pancake machine was fun for the kiddos to watch and the fresh ground coffee was great Highly recommend

    I had a frustrating experience with this property. The listing is misleading — it is advertised as “Saint Robert – Leonard Wood,” which strongly implies it is located on Fort Leonard Wood. It is not. That distinction is not made clearly at booking. In addition, communication with staff was difficult. I was given incorrect information about when the manager would be available, was told I had missed a call that never occurred due to staff providing the wrong phone number, and had to repeatedly ask for basic information such as contact details and availability. Despite notifying the hotel early in the morning that we would not be staying another night, the staff refused any adjustment or consideration and repeatedly cited the non-refundable rate without addressing the underlying location confusion or service concerns. Travelers visiting Fort Leonard Wood should be aware this property is off base, and guests should be prepared for limited flexibility or escalation support
