  Their hearty breakfast buffet as advertised in their brochure in the room was non-existent. Office area was locked up and nothing setup for breakfast when we showed up for breakfast after 6:00. Not cool. Went back to the room and re-read the brochure since it was Sunday we thought maybe they didn't serve breakfast, but nope...said "served everyday." Ummmm nope!! Couldn't even get our receipt because the doors were locked.

  My family and I stopped at 5 in the morning cause we were traveling to see our oldest daughter and I didn't feel well beyond overtired. Yes we didn't say there were a few people extra in the room than what they deem suitable, but we were only there 6 hours from 5-11am. We were not afforded much privacy either. The hotel clerk came up to us in the morning saying they were going to charge an extra $40 because we were not clear on the occupancy. Well we didn't get a bigger room for the price. Also the rate was supposed to be 90 plus tax and they charged a total of 120 before tacking on the 40. So it turned out to be a total of 160 for 6 hours in a less than average hotel room. I know maybe they don't get much business because the customer service and hotel are not great, but there shouldn't be a need to take advantage of those who actually patronize.

  Clean rooms. As always, very reasonable prices! Everything was in working condition as it should be. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, heat/ac. The water pressure in the shower was great. I didnt hear anyone else in their room while I was in mine. The location is right on route 66. There are plenty route 66 attractions near here.... including the neon sign park making this a wonderful spot to stay. When it gets dark you can go see all the route 66 neon signs lit up...5 minutes away. Right off the expressway making it convenient for travel. They had hot breakfast in the morning and the staff was very friendly at this location. Plenty of parking and you can park pretty much right in front of your door if your on the lower level.
