Service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had eggs, sausages, biscuits, toasts, beagles, muffins, coffee, tee, hot chocolate, juices, pancake maker, cereals, milk etc! Location great, free parking. All in all good for its price

Very rude disrespect. We got our stuff but people touched it. But the manager did not say nothing he walked on out Eddie. He did not offer even to help. We found this this morning do not know what it is . That's a little gross.

Beautiful modern chandeliers as you walk in the lobby with lovely high ceilings in an atrium style entrance. Plenty of parking and bell carts to bring luggage to guestrooms. Spacious room that was exceptionally clean. A very nice well stocked breakfast on the second floor. Next to breakfast is a walkway that takes you to the restaurant Chili's, which is nice, not having to walk outside during cold winter months. The area is very safe with lots of shopping restaurants. For coffee lovers a Dunkin & starbucks steps away. Great Route 66 stop for the weary traveler minutes off the highway.

Chilli's restaurant attached for great convenience, also has a Tavern inside! If one is a Weight Watcher user there are meetings there! Very convenient! I love convenience! Rooms are clean, mattresses feel comfortable! I'm not an animal owner but there are certain floors that accommodate people and their family pets! Breakfast serves daily! Breakfast items include eggs scrambled and pouched eggs! Bacon or sausage, bagels, small muffins, cereal, orange juice, apple juice and small milk cartons! I really enjoy my stay at Best Western Kirkwood Inn!

However, the bathtub is quite old and has noticeable stains. The toilet also likely needs to be replaced, as it is very low and doesn’t flush well. There was an odor in the room, which may be due to the age of the building. That said, I believe the team is doing their best to maintain the property. The breakfast area was clean and offered a good selection. Value for money.
