- HSheather schaeferJan 1, 20261.0This was a disaster of a stay. From the time we checked in within 10 minutes of being in our room someone else came in with a key programmed for our room!!! Fortunately we had the chain on the door. The hallways and the rooms smelled like people vaping. It was terrible. Then I went to workout in the fitness center and the cleaning wipes for the equipment were as dry as dryer sheets. No one could be cleaning that equipment. There was also no water jug in the water station and the front desk had no water to offer except at breakfast. The hotel smells like animals and vape smoke. No water or towels in the fitness center and no cleaning supplies there. The convenience is the only thing this hotel has going for it. Don’t stay here unless you like dog smell and vape smoke.

The location is great and all the employees I encountered were very helpful and accommodating but there's a few things that should be addressed by Best Western. TV didn't work in the first room we stayed in. We ended up moving into another room with a working tv. Bathrooms could use an upgrade. It's old and dated. Hot water took time and the toilet kept running. It was also impossible to get more clean towels because they didn't have enough. The room itself was nice and clean. Also liked that it had a balcony with a sliding door.

Our room had a cute balcony and we loved that. Walmart was directly behind the motel and that was very convenient. When we went to bed it was very quiet and peaceful, we couldn't hear noise outside at all. We were very happy with our stay😊
