  Rooms smell like weed. Only have a role of toilet paper in room. Sinks are falling apart. Beds are harder than a rock and the staff do nothing about the week smoke. Dust behind telveeions. Sheets are pilly on very old and the beds curb. None of the cabinets work. The new owners have left the place go to hell. Not to mention my finance had a 500 bag stolen from the staff and until the police were involved they refused to give it back

  Hotel room drain was pulled out. Water was backing up in shower, soap bar was basically dust. I opted not to shower. I told the desk lady and basically got “that’s nice, have a nice day”. Apparently the people in line ahead had a toilet that didn’t work. They got just about the same response. I’ve stayed in worse hotels, but the attitude and my paying almost $200 for the night. I won’t be back.

  Good value. Fairly decent updates to the older building. Shower was okay. The bottom of the shower was difficult to stand in safely because of the bowing in the center of the shower. It was also slow to drain. Rust in the heater light in the bathroom. Rust in the sink. Balcony outside the room was nice but small. No way to sit, only stand. Linens, pillows and bathtowels could use a refresh for sure. The breakfast options were nice and Lamont was so friendly to everyone. The smell of marijuana was very present in the hallway and elevators. But it was overall a good experience.

  I cannot say enough good things about this hotel they are amazing the lady that works the front desk in the morning is really a wonderful person to deal with the guy who does the breakfast is always running around doing something making sure that everything is taken care of he's great and night shift again awesome people like the staff really makes the hotel. Pleasant experience they work with me when my ID is stolen I had a copy of ot on my phone and they took it so I was able to still get a room and they have just been amazing I cannot say enough good things. I would definitely recommend it to anybody the rooms are very clean very well kept they have a nice safe in there to store your valuables wont get stolen they also have a chilis connected to them you dont even have to go outside you can walk through the hotel to get it and take it back to your room where you will have a balcony you can see the view of the pool i mean they literally have just about anything u could want or need including 2 slot machines for your gambling fun and the shopping is so close you dont need a car to get to the stores or restaurants so if you're looking for a good place the and u want clean yet affordable rooms this is the hotel btw i book with super.com literally the cheapest and i get cash back on pretty much every stay the only bad is they have smart tvs but they are not connected to the internet and they won't let you cast to them at all

  Even if you specifically pick the rooms made to have pets, you will have to pay an extra fee of 30 dollars for your pet on top of the price of the room, the representative let me know this a few days after my stay when I called to ask what the extra 30 dollar charge was. By the way my dog doesn't bark, made less of a mess than I did and we got in late went to bed, got up early and left. If this extra charge had been made apparent either when booking, when checking in and letting them know my pet was with me (in the room specifically noted to be for pets) or when checking out. Don't randomly charge me extra money and then act like im unreasonable for being surprised and confused. Also...if a room is advertised as made specifically for customers with pets then add the pet price IN THE PRICE OF THE ROOM.
