  We enjoyed our stay overnight. Everything was nice and neat. The bed and pillows were very comfy! Although some things need updating. The desk chair was visibly worn. Great location with a restaurant in house and many located nearby! Easy access to the highway!

  Paid for a king room, was told no kings are clean, and was given a double queen. Ok. That happens. However to be given a dirty room, to not be refunded the $10 difference paid, which was promised by night auditor staff. The GM Landon was wildly unhelpful, and acted like it was beyond his scope of responsibility or authority. Hair in bed! Hair in shower, barely flushing toilet. Best part of the hotel is outside, and lobby. You don't sleep there! Pictures available for proof! Had high hopes for the hotel as this was out 3rd BW of the week! Worst one by far

  We requested our beds to be made TWICE in a day and it was never done. We stayed 3 days and 3 nights with our 2 kids and there was no television service, no working washing machine, one roll of toilet paper and we were told there was no staff, which is not a me problem. There was cereal spilled all over the carpet in the hall that sat there for a day and a half. Breakfast was nice but we will not stay here again.

  Would rate 6 stars if I could. Was our over night stop from NY to OK and we couldn’t have been more lucky to have picked such a clean, beautiful hotel with beyond friendly staff. Check in and out was a breeze. Thank you guys for making our travels that much easier!

  I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to a very poor and unfair experience. We had two rooms booked. One guest checked in as expected, while the second guest (SECOND ROOM) was delayed due to severe weather-related flight disruptions—completely outside of our control. When he arrived the following day, the hotel refused to honor the original reservation, denied him access to the room, and instead required him to book and pay for a new room. This resulted in us being charged twice for the same stay. To make matters worse, the hotel still refused to refund the original unused reservation, even though the situation was clearly due to unavoidable travel delays. This level of inflexibility and lack of basic customer consideration is unacceptable. Hotels deal with travel disruptions regularly, and this was handled in the worst possible way. We attempted multiple times to resolve this through Expedia, but the property remained unwilling to cooperate. This experience shows a complete lack of fairness and customer care. We will not be staying here again and do not recommend this property to others.
