3⭐ seems a bit harsh so I'm giving it a 4, but this place is kinda ugly and how are you gonna tell me it costed us $178 per night? This is not even a nice vacation destination. $178???? I stepped on gum on the carpet in our room and had to scrape it off my shoe. The carpet in the room felt grimy overall. The bed was really comfy.

Hampton Inns can vary a lot in quality but this is a pretty good one. I was honestly skeptical about it based on photos of the exterior but the bed and room were nice and comfortable. No weird smells, and seems like it’s been renovated recently. Would stay here again.

This hotel really needs a major update. From the moment you walk in, everything feels worn out — even the bench in the lobby is shiny from use. Many things are chipped or scratched, and the whole place looks tired.
The room design is odd. Instead of a normal closet, there’s a curtain, and when you open it thinking it’s a window, you discover a strange open shelving space — not even sure what to call it. The toilet is extremely low, which makes it very uncomfortable, especially for taller people.
When we arrived after 8 pm, my child pulled back the blanket and found brown stains on the sheets. Thankfully, we had our own bedding because switching rooms that late wasn’t an option. The walls are paper thin — we could clearly hear our loud neighbors.
The lobby is very small and not suitable for teams or larger groups. When our group arrived, another large family had taken over the entire space, set up food, and were hanging out there as if it was their living room, leaving no room for anyone else.
There were also multiple guests with dogs — I saw at least four different ones. Maybe this hotel is better suited for people traveling with pets, but that’s not what we expected.
Overall, not a comfortable or welcoming stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Taking a shower we ended up standing in 6 inches of water. In addition the toilet ran slow. The couple we were traveling with were in the room next door. The toilet was overflowing and smelled of sewage. They had to be moved. We had stayed a week earlier and it wasn’t too bad until I discovered my credit card was charged two days before I got there. Our traveling companions room the TV did not work. We were told the manager, Danny Theodorow would call us and he should approve a discount on our rooms. I’ve followed up three times and he is never “in” and will “call back”. Don’t think he is going to call it’s been a week. They were charging a premium rate too.

Dont stay here.
We literally had to ask room service to do their job and then when they did come do their job, someone decided to steal my night gown. And no, I didn't just forget it somewhere. I even asked to check the laundry room. It wasn't mixed into the laundry and it also wasn't in my room anywhere, so the obvious conclusion is that is was stolen from my room. There's also conveniently no cameras in the hallways for footage.
There is sign posted in the bathroom stating that they would provide linens, toiletries, and change bed sheets every other day of your stay. We were gone the whole day of our second day staying and came back to the same damp, dirty towels still on the floor and dirty sheets on the bed and then had to request room service. 🙄 The beds are also very stiff.
The pool room reeks like onions and bad body odor. The hot tub is barely filled with water and it is unclean and the pool is slimy and also not maintained or cleaned properly. Also bring your own towels if you decide to go in the stinky pool, because they very rarely have any stocked in the pool room.
The breakfast is very subpar. The scrambled eggs are made from powder and the hard boiled eggs are not peeled when they are taken out of the pot, so getting the thin membrane layer off them when you're trying to peel them on your own while they're cold/room temp is impossible and they taste disgusting.
Everything else is OK, but very lack luster.

People in the same party are allowed to have differing opinions on the food. My husband served in the military and doesn't have a very high standard when it comes to food, just saying. I found half the food items were very unappetizing.
Regarding speaking to a manager, I never once spoke to a manager. When I stood and waited at the desk to inquire about my missing night gown, I actually specifically asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one available.
In regards to my missing nightgown that disappeared while housekeeping was in my room after I asked them to please do their job that was stated they would do on the mirror in our bathroom, I did go personally check the laundry room with the woman at the front desk. It wasnt in there. I also returned to my room to check my luggage, my husband's luggage, my child's luggage, and every nook and cranny available that it could have "magically" disappeared into or behind. I was given every excuse of "oh well maybe it got tucked into your blankets and sheets on the bed", "maybe we accidentally knocked it off the desk", "maybe this", "maybe that", with no definitive answer as to where it magically disappeared to when I know exactly where I left it because I put it in the spot that I put it in with the specific intention of going to swim, returning to my room, and then showering and changing into it. So imagine to my surprise when I return to my room and it is not in the spot I know I left it in when I left my room and the only people who had access to my room was housekeeping because I had to ask them to come grab our dirty towels and change our sheets and refill our amenities. Nobody bothered to follow up with me regarding my missing item at all after that.
Regarding the pool area, my husband did in fact ask if we could receive a discount for the pool being dirty and slimy and the hot tub also being half full and almost unusable and smelling bad and was told because we booked through a third party that no discount could be given. He also had to go ask for towels first us while we were in the pool room because house keeping didnt stock any.
I was having an ok stay until we came back to the hotel after being gone all day to dirty towels and dirty linens still in our room when we were under the assumption that things were going to be changed and restocked while we were gone the entire day and they weren't. Then when we just wanted to go relax in the hot tub and the entire pool room smelled of sweaty armpits, feet, and onions and the pool and hot tub were slimy like they havent been scrubbed.
