    Checked in Saturday night. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Rooms were great. Usually stay at the other one by the casino but this one is a little more quiet and accommodating. We will return.

    So today is valentines day and my anniversary. 30 mins after we checked in the power went out. We went to the indoor pool and jacuzzi until the power came back on. It still didn’t come Back on. Came back to the room to get in the shower and the water was ice cold. My toddler son upset and even myself. I was so upset that they don’t have a back up generate I contacted ameren ( electric company) myself. It said It’ll be back on by 9p. I get in the bed after the cold shower and seen after I got up to get my toddler son from messing with something that they didn’t change the sheets from the previous people and it was blood on the sheets. I laid on it and didn’t even know 🙄. I was so upset again. By this time the power was back on by 7 pm something and I took another shower.. this time it was hot water.. they brought new sheets and pillow cases after my husband went to go tell them about the blood on the sheets. ( for now on I will bring my own sheets to hotels smh) Me and my daughter was like “ this is just the worst stay” and it was. *** I had took a video but I guess with google reviews you only can post pics. I can’t believe I laid on someone’s blood 🩸. And I’m more mad at myself for pulling the thin sheet back because I always sleep on top of that. Never on the main sheet. If I didn’t pull it back I wouldn’t be writing this review right now. But I guess everything happens for a reason. Smh I don’t think we’ll be back. My husband said he should have chosen the la Quinta in kirkwood but I told them any hotel can have dirty sheet s and not change them. That’s why for now on I will bring my own sheets to hotels smh. Just like in destin florida where we’re going for family vacation this June. Our own sheets will be provided.

    This place gave me and my family bed bugs I would not stay here the pool reeks like must and I would not recommend this hotel

    Everything was great except Sunday morning couldn't get off lot because snow wasn't plowed off& front desk couldn't reach manager on if it will be done today.
