Geneva (I hope I got that right) is one of my favorite reasons to stay here! My in-laws live in the area and my husband and I have decided to start staying in a hotel when we visit. In November 2024 we came to visit the weekend after Thanksgiving to celebrate a birthday. We had intended to stay with another hotel chain with whom my husband of a different last name is a member. Upon reading the reviews of that hotel we decided to instead search for another option and ultimately opted for the Embassy Suites which has always been a favorite of my family. When we checked-in in November, we were greeted by the kindest soul who made us feel like family! And she insisted my husband become a member in a way that we certainly couldn't say no and frankly didn't want to because ain't nobody wanting to say no to our grandma Geneva! It's now January 10th and we're back for a late Christmas celebration with the same in-laws, and of course it was no discussion where we were going to stay. And when we checked in, I was so delighted to see that same kind soul welcome us back! While our time here has been extremely limited and brief, so far Geneva is the heart for us. The daytime gentlemen who were working when we checked out on November 30th were okay, but checking in has always been lovely. After a long day of driving and visiting (including significant time spent with young children), it's been so nice to escape to somewhere quiet, spacious, and welcoming. It makes being away from home just a little more tolerable. 🩷

This is my go to hotel whenever I return home for a visit. The staff is extremely accomidating and the African-American lady who runs the breakfast grill is AMAZING!! Her ability to remember her guest is awesome! She is so friendly, patient, and kind. The only downside to my stay is that I had a dog in the room next to me😮😳. I should have made a notation in my reservation and I highly recommend you do that so that you are not disturbed by a barking while you are trying to rest! 🤣. Until next time!

I love this hotel but it's definitely time for a renovation. Facilities and rooms are dated. Staff is friendly & attentive. Location is convenient to airport.

I booked a block of rooms at this hotel for a youth sports team. Alison, who helped me create the block, was very easy to work with and responsive. The hotel itself is nice as well. The proximity to Main Street in St Charles is a plus. And our young athletes and families always appreciate the great breakfasts at Embassy Suites hotels.

10 minutes away from old town saint charles, delightful service, the lady who makes the fresh omelettes in the morning is so sweet! Breakfast is pretty good but we had a round sausage that was still frozen in the middle and we won't be having their dinner again. However everything else is fantastic. So many drink choices. Beautiful rooms that are larger than my apartment! The whole place is very clean. Also has a pool and 3 elevators!
