  Very cool building, staff were very polite and courteous. From check-in, to breakfast to the check out. All staff were great. Especially Rosa, who checked me in and the woman in charge if Breakfast. Rosa was very knowledgeable about thr establishment and answered any question I had or would have had if not for her preemptive consideration. Rosa made me feel at home which allowed me to take my time while getting my personal things from my car up to my room. Also, she showed me the cappuccino maker that made like 10 different beverages including hot chocolate and hot milk chocolate. Rosa helped me set up rewards and informed me of all I'd benefit from doing so. The Breakfast worker was very polite, courteous and welcoming in the Breakfast area. She made the area very easy to navigate and did not make anyone feel rushed. She was patient and positive. I enjoyed my stay and those two employees specially are the reason on top of an already comfortable establishment. I am new in the area and being that I drive back and forth through this area, I will make sure to stay here rather than anywhere else.

  The room was rundown and a little dirty. There was hair in the bathtub and the toilet seat was broken. The tv was a 32 incher, which was a bummer because we were there during two college football playoff games. Not really what I expect in a Best Western Plus. I booked a suite, but when I told them I had a small dog, they put me in a non-suite. I don't know if a "Non dog suite" would have been cleaner or in better shape, but it is a little short sighted to do that, considering how many people today have dogs instead of kids.

  We stayed at this hotel with our two dogs. Because we had pets, we were placed on a pet floor. That was fine, but the room we got was not clean. Both queen beds were covered in pet fur and human hair. This was on the comforter on the bed, on the pillow cases, and on every layer of the sheets. It looks like the bed sheets were not changed. The floor was also covered in pieces of dog food. We asked for a new room and that room also had human hair all through the sheets on both beds. We asked the front desk for new sheets and changed the sheets ourselves. When we removed the pillowcases, there was hair and fur covering the pillows. I understand that pets make a room dirtier, but I’ve been staying at pet friendly places for years and never seen this. It seems like they put pets on one floor and must have lower cleaning standards for these rooms. There was also mold in the shower and sink. The room smelled mildewy as well. The building was very old. There was good value on the room. The front desk employee was kind and helpful. The lobby and dining area was clean, but I really can’t recommend that anyone stays here.

  Paya was really kind and courteous and accommodated to our need of room away from the elevator. Breakfast was good and service nice. Would recommend stay if traveling as it is very close to highway. Room seemed to have a little mouldy smell but tolerable for the price!
