  The pool stunk so badly that I was gagging the whole time while in the pool area. The hot tub was so small that I had no chance of using it after paying over $229 dollars for 1 night stay. I will not be back!

  Was turned away at 10:00 in the evening after being awake since 5am and driving… due to “not being able to accommodate parking my work truck” when there was an RV parked there that was as big if not larger than the work truck. When I asked if there was any where else I could park I was met with a very stern not sure. Just so not helpful. Was a miserable experience. 0/10

  First room , they gave me was on the second floor. The room was unsecured and not cleaned. I had to tell the front desk. That every room on the second floor that was unoccupied , was unsecured. Apparently had been so\nSince they were clean earlier that day. Mind youI checked in about nine o'clock in the evening. Which leads me to believe they have been that way all day. second room they gave me air conditioning did not work. By the time I got to my final room.It was well after ten o'clock at night. Well past my bedtime. For a six a m start ... Someone needs to look into their practices about securing rooms.After they're clean... i do not recommend staying here.

  We had a quick stay here traveling with sports, The hotel was clean and updated. Upon leaving I needed to book another reservation and the front desk associate Craig went above and beyond to make this a great experience! Not only are his customers service skills top notch but he is funny and kind. Craig was easily the best part of our experience here.

  This is a great Holiday Inn express and suites location. Even though it's right off of I 44, it wasn't overly crowded when we stayed there. It seems relatively new with a nice walk-in shower and it feels a little bit larger than some of the other Holiday Inn express suites where we've stayed there's a Longhorn steakhouse within walking distance, which is nice. If we're ever in Rolla Missouri again on a trip, this is where we will stay. Sorry, but I forgot to get any photos this time.
