I arrived at your property early on 24th December 2025. Barbara greeted me at the front desk and allowed me to check in early. By the way, I would provide Barbara with a score of 10 out 10. Barbara represented the Hilton's Brand, "Hilton For the Stay"! I proceeded to the room and placed my belongings and proceeded about my day. However, when I returned back to the room (later that evening) that's when something alarmed me. Someone accessed my room without my permission. I had water missing out of the refrigerator, my Hilton Honors bag was removed from the table, and I had an empty gift box removed from the bedroom. I proceeded to the front desk to report this issue. Well, I spoke with a Nakia (I think I have her name correctly). I explained to her that I had items removed from my room and I needed to speak with a Manager. She stated verbatim, “I’ve been here at the front desk and no one could have accessed your room”. I again asked for a Manager. She stated a Manager wasn't available. I work at a Hilton property and there's always a Manager available (even if they're from a different department). I explained to her that Barabra allowed me to check in earlier in the day. This is when she decided to call Barbara while I'm standing at the front desk concerning this matter. Barbara instructed Nakia to ask me if I wanted to change rooms due to my security concerns. I stated no because it doesn't change the fact that someone entered my room without my permission. In closing, I will never reserve a room at your property and or any Homewood suites. And, as for as your Guest Services Representative Nakia...well, our parents raised us to be respectable human beings. But, I will say this she's not a positive representation of the Hilton Brand and or a positive Guest Services Representative. I would score Nakia with a 0 out of 10! Have a great day!

Poor service.
Checked in at 8:30pm and we discovered that the toilet, bed and floor were not cleaned even though front desk said the room was marked as cleaned. They were not able to move us because the similar rooms were all booked. Front desk sent the lobby manager to come check and “touch up”. Only toilet was cleaned and new sheets were handed to us to change.
Because we have young kids who need to go to bed, we were stuck with the room. This was probably my worst experience with Hilton so far.

We spent several days (Tuesday through Saturday) in room 203, which is a suite with two bedrooms (one with two queen beds, the other with one king bed) and a living room/kitchen. My family of four (me, my husband, and my two young children) stayed with my parents in this suite.
Praises:
-Decent breakfast. My husband really enjoyed the chicken carnitas. It was a nice spread that all ages could enjoy.
-Pool was nice and warm!
-Housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful. They responded quickly when we needed assistance.
-Had a fun collection of family games available at the front desk to check out to rooms!
-Great full sized fridge in the room that worked well.
-Good water pressure in the showers. Bathrooms looked like they had been recently updated.
Criticisms:
-Suite did not seem adequately cleaned. My ten month old son found a small round orange pill on the floor underneath the kitchen cabinet. I was barely able to get to his hand in time to snatch it before it went in his mouth. There were also scraps of things on the floor when we arrived and they had supposedly just finished cleaning the suite (we had to wait approximately 15 minutes after we arrived to check in because they were still preparing the suite).
-The kitchen was nice, but it did not come with a scrub brush or sponge. The silverware and pots/pans/lids were mismatched.
-Missing hardware in two queen bed bathroom. No towel hook on door and missing accessory holder (see pictures).
-Sheets on king bed kept slipping off with little movement causing it (see picture).
-Closet doors in both rooms were wonky. In the two queen bedroom, there were no lower tracks for the doors, so the bottoms would swing in at the lightest touch. In the king bedroom, the doors were off the tracks (see picture). My husband was able to put one door back on the tracks enough to close the door so our son wouldn't explore too far.
-The fans in each bedroom had only one setting: high. It was either a helicopter speed or off.
-No safe in the suite.
-I didn't get a picture, but there was a large sticky spot in the living room, as if from tape residue that had stayed on the floor too long. It was approximately 10" x 8" and directly in front of the TV stand.
-The living room air conditioning unit was leaking and causing a damp floor toward the end of our stay.
-The one chopping knife that was in the room was very dull and serrated, making chopping anything quite difficult.
-Microwave surface light bulbs seemed to be burnt out.
-In the two queen bedroom, there was a combination light switch for the bathroom and sink area together (separate areas). I like to keep the bathroom light on as a night light overnight, but it was not an option this time around unless we wanted the entire bedroom to be illuminated all night. There were two separate light switches for the same setup (one switch for the toilet/shower area, one light for sink area) in the king bedroom.
-Our suite was facing out to the highway, which was quite loud.
-No notepad, pen, or pencil was included in the suite.
While there were significantly more criticisms than praises, it was a decent stay. I'm a bit picky, but we're not fancy pants folks. Just wanted to include extra details for those of you who also tend to be picky.
Staff was disappointing. They are there in person but in silence and definitely not offering anything above the absolute minimum. Spent multiple nights, checked in and did not receive diamond welcome bag until I happen to see my name on the bag several hours later. It seemed to be one excuse after another. I've stayed here before due to location near the Galleria, but not sure if I'll stay again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Anniversary Celebration Review
We attended an anniversary celebration for my brother-in-law at this hotel banquet hall, and it was a wonderful experience. The hall was beautifully arranged, clean, and comfortable, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere for the occasion.
Our host, Barbara, was attentive, professional, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the event. The food was well-prepared and nicely presented, and guests enjoyed both the quality and variety. The lighting and décor added a warm and celebratory touch that made the evening feel special.
Overall, the hotel banquet hall provided an excellent setting for an anniversary celebration, and I would highly recommend it for any special event or milestone celebration.
