  This location appears to be non service dog friendly. The stout gentleman at the front counter playing on his phone stated that my certified service animal was not allowed unless I shared with him my medical condition that was the basis for my service animal. I felt uncomfortable telling him the truth. It’s embarrassing, so I made something up and he told me that was not a good enough reason to allow a service animal in the facility. I will stay at the Drury in Jackson. Don’t stop here.

  Typical holiday inn room. Clean and very comfortable. Front desk was very slow to get to the desk at check in. When checking in, she seemed like she was pretty unhappy with life. The next morning the breakfast was very subpar. Not the normal Holiday inn experience. Two staff members sitting on their phones in the main lobby. Won’t be coming back to this one

  Very clean, but the breakfast was just scrambled eggs and sausage links, very disappointing.

  Great hotel! The staff is always really friendly and helpful. Great stay if you're in the area!!!

  Very nice, recently updated, Holiday Inn Express. Typical breakfast and amenities. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient location as there aren't a ton of options in the region.
