All they could tell us or offer us was we are sorry we can call you when it’s ready. Our room hadn’t been cleaned yet. While we stood there several other guests also had the same issue one guest even went into her room and it was dirty from previous guest. Also not sure how safe it is to have a light switch almost inside the shower.
