  Stayed there Saturday March 7th 2026. They have now charged me for the room 3 times and God knows how many more times they will charge me. I booked on priceline and already paid. The employee told me, I need 20 dollars for incidental. Charged me the whole price of the room again. I called the manager apologized and said she would fix it. This morning I woke up and she went ahead and charged me the price of the room again. So now I got almost 500 dollars of my money on hold for no reason except a hotel just continuing to take money and I may not have my money or this mess fixed for less than a week. I hope to God that everyone staying there reads this and does not end up like me on their trip. I know most of us can't afford to keep paying for rooms on a trip and have a hotel keep charging you everyday while you continue to travel. I got 4 kids and a significant other to worry about and make sure all are taken care of. I can't pay all the bills for the holiday inn and wait to get my money back for weeks. But I guess that is what I am going to have to do with no choice of my own. I have stayed in hotels in all 50 states and dozens of countries and I have only one thing to say, If you see Nevada, Missouri holiday inn at 311 Johnson dr, run before you pay for the room daily until they get tired of charging you for your mistake. I definitely thought a hotel in a 3rd world country would pull this before a Holiday Inn.

  My room was prepaid by an organization. I gave my personal card for incidentals, but I was charged for my room and incidentals that I didn't use. It took more than 2 weeks for my card to be credited. And the staff was rude when I brought it up.

  We were disappointed by this location of Holiday Inn Express. The pool was closed, the pancake machine was out of order, the staff was unprofessional, the wifi didn't work, and there was drops of dried blood on our room walls. Also there was car oil spilled through an entire row of parking spaces and we slipped and fell getting into the car. The beds were nice though and it was quiet, so we slept well.

  Horrible Service , Unprofessional Front Desk Management I use CLC to book hotels regularly. I run nights, so being able to check in after hours and get my required 10-hour rest is essential. When I arrived around 2:30 a.m., the employee working the front desk was unable to properly check me in. He stated he was unsure whether I could stay and seemed hesitant, almost afraid to call someone for assistance. The reason became clear the following morning. The front desk manager was extremely rude and dismissive. I calmly tried to explain that the room was booked for rest purposes, but she refused to listen and repeatedly brushed off anything I said. I was told the issue was “between me and CLC,” which is unacceptable. When a hotel accepts CLC bookings, guests who arrive after 2:30–3:00 a.m. are entitled to the room for a full 24 hours. I was not asking for anything unreasonable, I simply needed the room until 12:30 p.m. There was absolutely no reason for the hostility or lack of professionalism. I stay at Holiday Inn properties approximately three times a week, but I will never stay at this location again. I will also be reporting this experience to the chain. Management here needs to practice listening, asking questions, and treating guests with basic respect. Rude, unprofessional, and disappointing. Great place if you don’t need anything or have to deal with the staff. One of the beds looked slept in as well.
