In more than a 2 week stay the room was serviced only twice when we caught the attendant in the hallway and specifically requested service, the placard requesting service obviously wasn't enough to obtain service and when getting clean towels at the front desk the clerk scolded/chastised me. The East entrance/exit door was inoperable for the entirety of our stay (more than 2 weeks) Not deserving of the Best Western brand. Sadly, the response from management to my review was nothing more than the 'canned reply' saying they regret not meeting our needs but nothing specific of what they would do to resolve their failures so it's highly unlikely any of the above noted deficiencies will be addressed let alone corrected. Not likely to return to this failed Best Western facility.
