  Everything about our stay was wonderful. Really enjoyed the stay. Loved our room, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great, REALLY love your coffee, too, btw!! 😍 I will definitely love to stay here again when I next come to the area. Thank you for everything. If I could, I'd give you way more than five stars!!!

  Reviews were not accurate when I booked or I would not have spent a dime here. Beds too soft felt like I was sinking into the it. AC barely blew, didn't cool and ran LOUD Stains on chair Outlets don't hold boxes for phone charger I asked for top floor away from noise and was put in the room next to the elevator People were coming out of the elevators and were slamming doors and stomping down halls at 1030pm for at least 30 min Won't stay at a Best Western again.

  I stayed here for 3 nights. From the second I checked in till the time I checked out was fabulous. Every employee I ran into was super nice. The rooms were comfortable and updated. The only thing I had a problem on was the TV. It showed the screen but it was locked into error messages. It wasn’t a deal breaker. I will return again to stay at this property.

  First off, tv crusty and old, it’s 2026 why does this tv only have cable, the tv was lagging and the bed is like concrete, picture online are not the same! Very unhappy!!!
