Os travesseiros nao são travesseiros, são almofadas e duras. Bloquearam 100 dólares da minha conta e até agora não retornou. Fiquei em outros hotéis da rede e nunca tive esse problema. Já liguei no hotel e não consigo retorno sobre quando irão cancelar o meu depósito.
