    I normally don't use this level of hotels due to company restrictions, but there's no other choice close to our client except for driving over 40 minutes from Springfield, which I may do next time. That said, I don't have much to compare except for where I normally stay. Location is convenient as it is right next to I-44 on exit 46, but at the same time it is very noisy. Specially cause the truck are using engine brakes which are very loud. They should invest in noise reduction windows. There is almost nothing around to eat except for a few fast foods and gas stations. Certainly not within walking distance. Rooms are ok. Not too old and look and smell clean. Good space with work desk and good size TV. They have housekeeping every day which is a plus and free breakfast with the normal stuff. Nothing fancy. No coffee or tea outside breakfast time like other brand hotels. Plenty of parking and it looks safe.

    While the location is convenient, all I’m gonna say is my back hurt. Me and my fiancé stopped here on our road trip.Dont get the jacuzzi king bed unless you like extremely extra firm beds,pillows a standard /queen size for a king size bed,with no extra pillows in the closest 😭😭😭😭 and the jacuzzi we didn’t use it but all that space not being used 🤦🏾‍♀️

    Tive problemas com o ar condicionado que estava com um barulho horrível e tivemos que desligar para conseguir dormir, mas ao mesmo tempo, muito frio, tivemos que colocar roupas mais quentes. Os travesseiros nao são travesseiros, são almofadas e duras. Bloquearam 100 dólares da minha conta e até agora não retornou. Fiquei em outros hotéis da rede e nunca tive esse problema. Já liguei no hotel e não consigo retorno sobre quando irão cancelar o meu depósito.
