  Best hotel stay ever! Management and staff were absolutely great! Very respectful and professional! Will stay here every time I come to Mexico, Missouri! Would love for them to get a hot tub!!! Highly recommend staying here!

  Called to change my stay to one night instead of 2 days prior. The man at the front desk said that was fine and I wouldn't be charged. When I arrived the man from the front desk denied conversation. Which resulted for being charged for an additional night that was supposed to be canceled that I didn't need or use.

  The guy at the front desk was helpful at all times. My car broke down in Jefferson City and my Uber back to stl ended up canceled as there isn't drivers in the area so I asked for an extension just until noon as I had a ride on the way and the house keeper chasity Harris came up as I was speaking to the manager and was very rude and disrespectful I mean to say is an understatement I've never been handled like that from any place I stay at especially paying 150 a night. Given it wasn't even check out time when I went to the front she was very aggressive saying they are just waiting for me to check out so they could go home. The breakfast was horrible and the rooms weren't clean nothing is close by taxis is a pretty much unavailable horrible experience to be honest I can say that the manager was kind enough to let me check in early.

  El hotel no está tan mal, tiene todo lo básico de cualquier hotel, lo único que no nos gustó fue que el internet no funciona, si viajas con niños y quieres entretenernos en la televisión esa no es opción en este hotel ya que no hay internet y la televisión no funciona más que para canales locales

  I was double charged by this hotel for a 2 night stay that was terrible. Expedia charged me for the stay and the inept staff charged me another 173 dollars. This little and basic hotel is engaging in fraudulent activity to stay in business. I would recommend staying the night somewhere else. This hotel is horrible. Now they will deal with my bank and the law.
