    Seems to be a little outdated. Pool was not opened, a little disappointed.

    We were very disappointed upon our arrival to this hotel. We have worked for Holiday Inns in the past and expected a nice hotel. We booked this hotel for the evening after visiting NWMSU and hoped to hop in the pool and relax. We got checked in by 2 ladies that didn't really act like they wanted to be there and that gave us little to no information. Got our swimsuits on and headed to the pool to find out that the pool was not just closed, it was under complete renovation. We were never informed it was closed (site, email, and check in never said anything). The look of the hotel was off putting with wallpaper peeling, stained floors, rust in the shower, rust on workout equipment, ect. We decided to go ahead and stay as it was getting later and we didn't feel like having to move and no one else had a pool. We will not be returning to this hotel (will be back in Maryville often after our child starts school there)and have told several people not to go to this hotel. This was a very sad showing for Holiday Inn.

    We were in the area recently for a hunting trip. The room was nice, and everything was clean. BUT the best part of the stay was the staff. Specifically, Andrew at the front desk. He was so attentive and kind. He really made the whole group feel welcomed. Holiday Inn's motto is "Always You," with the goal of "make every moment matter." Andrew exemplified this. If you're in the area, I highly encourage you to book your stay here.

    I don’t understand how they can charge $325 a night for this hotel in a standard two double bedroom. Tv service is very difficult to operate. I had to call down the clerk at the front desk. It took him A while to figure it out as well. They don’t even have coffee pots or cups for a hot beverage! How can that possibly happen? It’s a Holiday Inn for goodness sakes.

    Amazing place and amazing staff, they were always helpful and have make sure our stay was great. Will definitely stay there again.
