Upon checking in, I was greeted by a very helpful smile and a very charming and clean lobby... For the first time ever - the front desk clerk actually thanked me for being a member of their rewards program. I have never been thanked by any other chain that I have been a member of. I had a room up on the third floor - and once again for the first time ever - the lady informed me that they are doing renovations up there and if it was not up to my personal specs, to let her know and I could change rooms. Wow - being thanked and 100% honesty goes a long way in my book!!! The room was equally as good, best night's sleep I've had in a hotel in forever. The only problem - and this is my fault for not realizing this - is they are doing road construction in front of the hotel. The sounds of heavy machinery at 6:00 in the morning woke me up. But that's not the hotel's fault by any means. Speaking of their parking lot, it was well lit, clean, and fairly easy in and out access. The breakfast was fit for a King, and I even loved breakfast casserole that they offered. They had so many items to choose from, I had to go back for seconds LOL. Upon checking out, the young lady was equally as professional, courteous, and thanked me for my stay and hoped that I would choose them again. Thank you guys very much for making me feel like a VIP while staying at your - in my opinion - five star hotel!!!!!
