  I've been staying at this location for 5 months. I rarely leave reviews, but the service here is incredible. Room service and breakfast everyday. The cleaning staff is on point and the front desk takes care of you. The reason for my review is to give a huge shoutout to Tori at the front desk. I needed assistance with a room change. Tori was patient, kind, and even showed me the room before she confirmed my move. I definitely would recommend this hotel!

  If you’re looking for a stay that actually feels like a win, I highly recommend Staybridge Suites. Management hooked me up with a free upgrade, my Diamond Elite perks were on point, and Toni at the front desk is a whole vibe—funny, welcoming, and just makes the stay better. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

  TORI WAS AMAZING AT THE FRONT DESK!! She really cares about her guests! She was really genuine to my kids , they loved her! The hotel is very clean and a great place for family and coziness! BIG thanks to Tori!

  I stay in IHG hotels for over 30 nights per year and this one was beyond disappointing. I stayed in this hotel with my husband and dog. Upon first glance the room looked clean and comfortable. Soon after arriving, however, my well-behaved dog started acting oddly around the couch causing me to look under it to see what he was so bothered by... I wish I hadn’t. Under the couch was an ENTIRE bag of spilled beef jerky along with what looked to be months of trash and crumbs. There were bottle caps, food scraps, and wrappers. I’m not convinced this couch was ever cleaned under. This is not the reason for my one star review, however. I asked the receptionist if this particular area of our room could be cleaned. She was kind and apologetic and she made a note. I thought it would be taken care of. Unfortunately 3 hours later when we returned to the hotel nothing had been cleaned. I ended up cleaning what I could reach (gross) and leaving the rest - which was never cleaned throughout our stay. Another problem we had is my sister, who was traveling with us, booked a room with 2 queen beds, but she was given a room with one king. I’m disappointed in the housekeeping and more disappointed that the problem was not resolved. This hotel has the potential to be very good.

  I recently stayed at the Maryland Heights Staybridge for 6 months. The Manager Ms. Deana Larue was amazing along with all of the staff. The breakfast was great and they had an evening social that was awesome! Thank you Ms. Deana and staff for making my stay wonderful. The next time I am in St. Louis I will book a room at this hotel.
