Tori at the front desk was amazing! She was so kind and welcoming and a joy to talk to. I will most definitely be staying here again!!!

I was having some issues at check in, she helped me through them, truly made my experience a great one and would definitely stay again because the way she handled the situation it could’ve made for a negative impact on my stay but she was very helpful and took care of the situation!

My family and I did a road trip, STL was one of the locations, we made reservations way before we even hit the road. Due to the weather while traveling, we had to stop several times. I stayed in contact with Staybridge Hotel, the staff was great. Once I got there to check in, an employee had done cancelled our reservations, I was so pissed I was crying, and very hurt. After driving for days, you wanna just shower, relax, and go to sleep. What made this stay marvelous…Dellillah Gore (Manager), and the morning staff (I can’t remember the other two ladies name), they made sure we stayed at a sister property up the the street, then the next day we came back to Staybridge to check in. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean just that. As we walked in, it had a welcome sign with my name on it, again they apologized. As we walked into the room…our mouths drops, the upgrade was real. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully loaded just how we like it. It was amazing in there. We asked to be on the first floor and we got that and close to the back door, how convenient. We took this trip back in March 2025 and I honestly forgot to do my review. I ran across the manager business card and ran to the reviews so I could write mine. Everyday they made sure we were comfortable and happy on all levels. I would most definitely recommend this hotel/location. I will always stay at a Staybridge hotel. Everyday fresh hot breakfast!!!! Bonus: Indoor pool, and small snacks, food and drinks for purchase at the front desk. Anytime we’re in St Louis, this is where we will stay. Home away from home ❤️
