  I made a reservation on March 15th, 2023 to attend a concert on June 25th. Today, June 24th, I received an email notification that my reservation was canceled. I called and spoke to IHG reservation associate who explained that the hotel overbooked. Mind you, I made this reservation 3 months ago. The best they could offer was a room several miles away and did not offer any compensation. I have been an IHG Gold Elite member for several years and travel often and always stayed at an IHG, never again. So be warned! This could happen to you too.

  The hotel was perfect and staff was great! We look forward to returning after renovations have been completed. Keep up the great work!

  Had to say here on a work trip and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed a few more times since my first trip and it has continually went downhill.

  3-star tops. No towels in room. Breakfast ok, items out, not refilled. Pillows flat.
