Clean rooms, it was quiet at night. The breakfast was good, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, eggs, sausage/biscuits, potatoes and sausage, oatmeal, muffins, toast, bagels, coffee machines with fresh ground beans, water, apple juice, orange juice, guava orange juice, apples and bananas in the lobby by breakfast too. Our tv wasn't working when we got in late, the next morning the front desk lady was able to fix it no problem. The only thing is, at 9am the cleaning crew going to rooms was talking loudly, whistling and yelling at the other cleaning people in the next rooms over. It was disturbing for little kids still trying to sleep. That's my only complaint.

The afternoon and morning front desk staff were super friendly! I had to call for help to figure out how to use the TV remote. My suggestion is to get different remotes or add instructions on how to use. I worry the elderly specifically will not be able to use them. The room was musty smelling; once I turned on the air it helps.Other than those items, everything was great and I would return.

We stopped at this hotel over a week ago as we were driving home from TX. The hotel was convenient for us since it is right along I-44. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and how well it worked out for us. I used the exercise room and it was good. The breakfast was decent. The hotel was clean and well-kept. Our room was nice and again very clean. The bed was comfortable. We were able to grab a quick supper from the next door KFC, which was easy to walk to. (The dining room was closed at the KFC but there is a side door for carry-out.) The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

We booked a king room, got a standard, no biggie but a little disappointed. The ac was kinda weak. It was quite warm.

Lots of blonde hair on the towels and in the tub, seems like they just reused the towels from the previous guests.
