  General info: I am a Diamond Select Rewards member with Best Western. I do understand BWs can be a hit or miss; however, rates usually do reflect the state of the hotel or room. Passing through Liberty, MO on a personal trip in December 2025, I wanted to stay at a nicer BW so opted for a premier tier hotel and the whirlpool room for just under $200. Review: I would NOT recommend this BW location. The common areas were clean, but unfortunately, our room was abysmal, definitely not worth the rate. The whirlpool area was still very wet when we entered the room. I could’ve still squeegeed off quite a bit of water. Ended up using our personal fan to dry it out. The whirlpool fixture was broken and loose. The shower handle was broken, and the glass door was unlevel (the door would slam/close on its own). The tile on the wall was broken due to this. There were many grout lines and cracks that needed to be repaired. Stains on the furniture. The electrical box on the floor was sticking up. Trim coming off the wall. Many subpar previous repairs left me thinking I couldn’t trust them and, at the very least, were aesthetically very displeasing. Let the manager know of the repairs that needed to be done and that the value was not there. She dismissed my concerns with a “thank you, hun” and sent me on my way. The gal at the front checking me in was very nice, and the breakfast was pretty good! These pros, though, do not outweigh the cons though. Again, I would NOT recommend.

  We were on a road trip on I-35 and stopped overnight at this property. The room (king suite) was very comfortable and the location was great--easy to get off and on to I-35. The staff were nice. Breakfast consisted of the typical options and were reasonable. While this was a BW Premier property, I would classify it with a well-run BW Plus property. I would readily stay here again.

  I've been living in the out service rooms for 12 years now. The views are Excellent! Unfortunately there's a slight bug problem. All the food I take from the kitchen is infested, but still very yummy! My only complaint is that the front desk staff makes it really hard to take fresh towels out of the laundry room. Fortunately for them I know about the side door by the kitchen that they leave unlocked. Good for me! I was deeply disheartened though when Jeff their maintenance man, invaded my privacy. He has the audacity to ask what I'm doing in an out of service room! Horrible customer service! The pool however is great for my morning shower, even if the water is sometimes discolored after my bath :(. All in all for living rent free for 12 years. 8.5/10 stars! Too many jeffs!

  My mother was having surgery at Liberty hospital, this hotel was close to the hospital and close to places to eat. Nice rooms and good breakfast.
