  I've been living in the out service rooms for 12 years now. The views are Excellent! Unfortunately there's a slight bug problem. All the food I take from the kitchen is infested, but still very yummy! My only complaint is that the front desk staff makes it really hard to take fresh towels out of the laundry room. Fortunately for them I know about the side door by the kitchen that they leave unlocked. Good for me! I was deeply disheartened though when Jeff their maintenance man, invaded my privacy. He has the audacity to ask what I'm doing in an out of service room! Horrible customer service! The pool however is great for my morning shower, even if the water is sometimes discolored after my bath :(. All in all for living rent free for 12 years. 8.5/10 stars! Too many jeffs!

  My mother was having surgery at Liberty hospital, this hotel was close to the hospital and close to places to eat. Nice rooms and good breakfast.

  Our room didn’t have a curtain so it was lit up from street lights all night (see photo below). I couldn’t sleep well. I could hear footsteps from the room above us all night and morning. Bathroom water pressure in the faucet was a trickle. I know they reduce it so people don’t use so much water but this was unreasonable. They only left us 2 towels. Gym had lights that needed changed out and were flickering. Room was clean, pool was cold but okay, and coffee area was good. I might expect this from a hotel that was $100/night. But over $200 a night for this was disappointing.

  In my opinion, a Best Western is always a hit or miss. It's mostly in the details. However, we were certain that a Best Western Premier would be comparable to hotel chains such as Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard. But that was not the case. Although the hotel was satisfactory, I am not fond of the bright blue LED strips and the ice-cold overhead light. The room had warm light, though. However, the first room we were put in was too bright, since it had no blackout shades, just the screen that's in front of it. How can you miss that? Breakfast in the morning (7:15) was a disaster. Hard, blackened sausage; bacon that disintegrated upon contact; and burnt scraps of dried-out scrambled egg. Bagels were present, but butter, jelly, or any other condiment was overlooked. So we just made a waffle. It was better the next morning, but we still think it was all very dry since they keep the tray's temperature too high. The orange juice was very good, though. The owner apologized and promised to do better, which is for the reader to decide. Furthermore, they were simultaneously broadcasting a news channel on the television and playing music in the breakfast room. I just thought it was another lack of detail at this otherwise nice enough hotel.
