Showed up to Holiday Inn Express on 2/13/26, was not impressed with this facility. When we got to the room none of the lights worked. The room was still dirty. Towels were placed on the microwave. Couldn’t open blinds either. Poop was closed as well. Maybe it was just bad timing but probably going to choose a different hotel next time.

Needs quite a bit of updating and they don’t seem to have enough pool or guest towels for the rooms. But it is clean and the people working there were helpful and friendly!

I recommend staying here if your are out town going to a Kansas City Chiefs game. I've stayed here twice. This is a nice location. Has a large pool and a good fitness center. The hot breakfast is delicious. The rooms are clean. Autumn at the front desk is accommodating and helpful.
