He went out of his way to get to know me promising me another great breakfast Friday morning with a slight different menu item to meet my needs. Frank knows the true meaning of making a Hilton guest feel valued guest Sadly, the handicapped room I reserved was changed at the last minute due to a room mechanical error. I was not given a roll in shower as reserved. Seth promised me 10,000 Hilton points for this inconvenience. After never receiving those points, I called and spoke to Tia and was told she would call me back. Two days later, no word. I then tried to solve my issue through the online app. I ended up escalating my concern to the corporate office, before a resolution was reached. As I long time honors member SHAME ON LEES SUMMIT HILTON KANSAS CITY. I wont be back. Would you?

Honestly they seem like they are happy to be there. S/O to Melana that helped me get checked in a couple hours early and S/O to Seth for my check out experience. Such kind staff.

My husband doesn't like Mexican food or the waffle house. We went to Culvers for lunch but couldn't find a restaurant we liked for dinner. We really didn't want to go around the city to find anything else.

The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Seth greeted me upon arrival—he was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. He thanked me for being a Gold member and made me feel truly appreciated. But the real highlight of my stay happened after checkout. I accidentally left my Apple AirPods in my room. I called the hotel and got straight through to Seth. Without hesitation, he coordinated with Paul, the maintenance tech, who immediately went to check the room. Within minutes, they found my AirPods and had them safely set aside for me. I couldn’t be more grateful—Seth showed true concern and handled the situation with care and urgency, and Paul went above and beyond to locate my missing item. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. Thank you, Seth. Thank you, Paul. And thank you, Hampton Inn, for an outstanding experience. I will absolutely be staying here again!
