Had a fancy coffee machine available. They did offer breakfast but we did not eat. Bed was comfortable.

- KDKyle DillonOct 7, 20252.0TLDR: Second visit, suspected bed bugs, Shane and the overnight front desk were quick to help. Visited here in February, it was great-- clean room and good breakfast. I was here for work. When I had to come back up to KC, I chose this location again. However, on my second night, I noticed a stain on the top sheets and can almost confirm that there were bedbugs in the room, see photo below. It was 3am, the front desk lady put me in a different room and asked that I wait until their manager Shane arrived at 6:30. At 6:30, I spoke with Shane, showed him the photos and he confirmed my worst suspicions. He refunded my stay and informed me that the room would be treated. So while I appreciate the great service, I now have to deal with the outcome of this issue. So just be careful and thuroughly check your room if you stay here!
