- EDE DoddJan 28, 20262.0When I arrived, I was always so excited it seem like it was gonna be the best hotel experience I ever had until I did further investigation and seen that my hot tub was not clean properly cleaned. It was left with hair and dirt in it and so then I had to clean the shower as well housekeeping just did not do their job. They did a horrible job. They didn’t clean it at all. They just skipped it and so after that point I didn’t trust anything I clean the toilet I clean the sink I clean the floor I spray the room down wiped out what I could and then I was able to enjoy my stay in the hot tub was just the right size. The shower was amazing and the bed was really Comfy. When I asked for extra pillows and towels, they were given to me right when I asked so no problems there I didn’t get to take part of the free breakfast, but maybe next time if do visit again. Luckily I’m the kind of person I always bring my own cleaner but I used soo much cleaning I had to run out and get another one such an inconvenience that took up my time away from the room.

Had some issues with staff and maids. Several maids were anything but pleasant.. The 0600 breakfast open time was late on more than one occasion. The pool was nice and we enjoyed that portion of our trip. Found a bug in the coffee maker on our last day in Lee's Summit. We utilize Best Western properties alot as we travel extensively.. This experience was a just abump in the road and doesn't represent all Best Western hotels. Plotted..Scouts Out.
