My friend fell and broke her leg we had to stay a couple days at the hotel to get her house ready for her the staff here days and night went above and beyond to help and accommodate all needs I highly recommend this hotel friendly and by hands down best staff

I stayed at Hampton Inn in Lebanon, Missouri this week. It was a convenient stop for me between Bentonville, Arkansas and St. Louis. The room was clean and quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of counter space. There were eating places nearby, but this Hampton Inn offered a casual dinner of hot dogs, baked beans, potato chips and cookies. That was a nice surprise as this is the first Hampton Inn that has offered dinner, and I stay at a lot of Hampton Inns. My only disappointment was that the internet was not working from the time I arrived until the next morning. The staff was very helpful trying to get the internect connected and asked for assistance from their Tech dept. I won't take a star off for something that was beyond Hampton Inn's control. I would definitely stay here again if I was passing through Missouri.

My mother came to visit and stayed at this hotel. She absolutely loved it! The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy and was so neatly made! Everything was perfect. The staff was also very friendly and a great help to her. She will be back next visit!

Easy location right off the freeway, friendly staff, free breakfast & coffee, and very clean room and bathroom. TVs have DirectTV with tons of channels. Highly recommend!!

I recently had a 5 day stay at this hotel, and had nothing but an exceptional experience with ALL staff. 12/10 would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in town. I have stayed at most of the hotels in the area while visiting family, but this one was top tier. It was very clean, comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is as nice as possible. They go out of their way to make accommodations for those who need it, and they make you feel like family. I can honestly say this was above and beyond your typical hotel experience. Great job to ALL STAFF.
