  Abby, Rebecca and crew were super kind and very attentive to our needs! Room was clean and comfortable; location very convenient. Hot breakfast food items were nearly out when we visited the buffet shortly after 8 AM; hopefully they replenished for others still eating before 10 AM cutoff. Sunday the fridge in buffet wasn’t working, but staffer on duty helped with dairy item request. Definitely would stay again!

  The room was $30 over internet price. For a total of over $180. Rooms and hotel were nice and newly remodeled. Got all ready for the pool and it was out of order. Should have been warned or given a discount.

  Stayed at this hotel in February the morning after i had a cough we checked the hvac unit filter and it was clogged and had mold growing in the filter and as we left we told management and nothing was done we cleaned the filter ourselves and when we returned my bed was made but no new sheets we wete given only a 25% discount this hotel is horrible and not worth the price goto the hampton its cleaner and they care about their occupants

  DO NOT stay here until after they finish renovations. JAN 2026. So damn loud and staff completely indifferent. Full price for horrible experience.

  We had the misfortune of staying here right after our house burned to the ground in the middle of this winter. The rooms were very comfortable, not quite spotless and the shower seat was covered in what i really hope was old mud. But spacious, bright, and extremely comfortable bed. Shower was great. If the water pressure was any higher it would have blasted a hole in me. Perfect amenities, nice warm pool, clean gym etc. Sadly the staff were incredibly rude to me and made me feel very unwelcome, in the middle of one of the hardest moments of our lives. But I'm grown so I didn't really think that was a huge deal. Next morning I tried to extend our stay by one night, to which I was told the entire hotel is full. So my husband called them pretending he wanted to book a room, and they simply asked one or two nights sir? Jeez... We didn't trash the room, we were quiet and minded our business, pleasant when checking in .. so I have no idea why but I guess my money just aint no good!
