We’ve stayed here several times, it’s our favorite. However when you pay 200 a night for a standard room and at 9:56 your child accidentally spills their milk over the entire table ruining three people’s food and you go to remake their waffles and it takes until 10:08 to do that a house keeper that wasn’t there as we cleaned up our own mess (thanks so much for the rag from the other kind woman) that thought it was okay to start yelling about how someone should close the breakfast bar because they should not be in there going in and out. Thank you to the poor woman sitting across from her that redirected her by saying “if it’s to eat they paid for it.” My children didn’t even want to stay and eat down there and had to carry their food to the room instead of enjoying their breakfast. How sad one person can be so disgusting.

Visited Kirksville for the first time and was worried about my stay, but this hotel ended up being a pleasant surprise. The room was clean upon arrival, and the staff was accommodating about my early check in time. I really enjoyed the free breakfast every morning and heated pool. My only tip would be that my suite bathroom had a sliding door as opposed to one that locked, there was also no bathroom fan. Other than that, I had a great stay! Great location, will most likely stay here again if I return.

Always Great Staff and A+ Breakfast like no other. The way this hotel makes Breakfast feel easy with something for everyone has my famlies and my days getting started off with a full stomach. Having a Hilton Honors account with what updates their app has makes me feel welcomed and appreciated everytime I see that message on the TV as I walk in the room for the first moments of my stay. Thank you Hilton/Hampton Inn Kirksville for another great stay.

If I could leave a worse than 1 star I would. Planned a 5 night stay at this location and had an unexpected death and had to check out on Monday instead of Wednesday. I left before the 11am checkout time but they denied giving me credit for that night. I told the manager the situation and that I understood their policy of 24 hr cancellation but could they do a one time courtesy and honor my checkout since I was leaving before 11am. This was a sold out location so there wouldn’t have been a problem filling the room. No compassion from this hotel and I will never stay here in the future again. They also triple the price at certain times of the year . Horrible
