  The rooms are outdated, that’s probably why the ratings are not so high. However, the rooms are clean. The area is quiet. It is pet friendly!

  Only complaint is I don't know what the people upstairs was doing but I was worried they would wake my father up. The man at the Front desk was super kind and friendly. That's huge to me because my fur baby comes everywhere with me. asked for my shampoo and soap and he got more for me .. the rooms have been updated and the shower was hot with amazing water pressure..Looking forward to trying their breakfast. That was another plus. 7-11 is next door and so is a Dominos pizza ( always delish!) it should definitely be better than a 2 star..

  Had a comfortable stay here. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. It’s a nice and affordable place for a short stay. Would definitely consider coming back!

  Staff are very friendly and helpful! Desk clerk even offered to help with our bags. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. Easy access to everything we wanted to do in KC

  I’m giving less stars for rooms only because the hotel itself is an older BUT , very well kept condition. Room was clean , crisp , fresh sheets and pillows, no funny prior guest smells. Accommodating, plenty of towels and toiletries. We arrived at almost 3 AM to get some rest. You will have to forgive me but I do not remember the front desk gentleman’s name , but he was very nice , made sure we we all set for the night and invited us to breakfast, also informed us on check out times . This hotel is located about 5 minutes from the local freeways and is very accessible, quiet neighborhood . We would stay again. Thank you so much to everyone.
